It’s business as usual, with a few small delays
Literally everyone on the planet has been affected by COVID-19, and HypeDrop is no exception. So, we wanted to let you know exactly what’s going on behind the scenes here.
The first thing to note is that, like almost everyone else, we’re taking the global outbreak super seriously. We’re taking all the necessary measures to ensure the safety of our customers and staff, and to prevent the virus from spreading further. Aside from that, there are a few things we want you to know so you can keep on enjoying the 3D Kicks experience throughout.
Yes, there may be some delays
For the most part, business for us has been running like normal. The only real setback we’re experiencing is a slight delay to some of our orders. And this is because we work with several third party operators (like suppliers, postal companies, etc) to get each item from A to B.
This means that some orders are taking up to 30 days, or in some circumstances, slightly more than that. We’re doing all we can to minimize the impact, but unfortunately some things are simply out of our hands. Rest assured though, orders are still being processed and we’re doing our best to keep all customers in the loop. What happens next
As hard as we’re working to keep things as normal as possible, the future of COVID-19 is uncertain. We’re hoping things won’t change too much more, but should anything else come up, our customer support team will be in touch to let you know.
In the meantime, we’re just happy we can keep the entertainment running for our growing base of customers, and we’re stoked to see plenty of new people joining too. A huge shout out to all the new and existing faces, and another huge thanks for being as patient as you already have been!
