Shipping & Servicing


Due to a recent upsurge in demand and implementation of COVID-19 preventative measures at our facilities, there will continue to be shipping delays on orders placed. We are well stocked, but it is taking us longer than it ordinarily would to ship orders while maintaining health and safety guidelines. We pride ourselves on our same-day shipping, but to safeguard during this time we have had to make adjustments to our business operations. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Orders typically take 2-5 days to process before they ship – excluding weekends and holidays. During Holidays processing times may take up to 5 days. You will receive an email confirmation with the shipping tracking number when your order ships. Occasionally, we may ship multiple piece orders out from multiple locations to get your order to you as fast as possible. In this case, you will receive an email outlining what was shipped and what is pending.


Transit Times to United States: 5 - 18 Business days Certain items may take longer due to environmental issues. 


Occasionally an item sells out and we may need to cancel your order. If for any reason your item is unavailable, we will notify you by email and you will be refunded in full.


Important notice:

Some products are really hot, which might be out of stock for a while. Normally re-stock will take around 1 month. Moreover, during the peak shopping season such as Xmas and New Year, shipping will take longer than expectation. If you expect our product as gift to someone, please order them earlier.



Shipping normally takes around 7-10 working days, due to the different Custom Clearance process of each countries, the shipping time will be slightly different. For international orders, please include the State/Province/Region within the country.
